If you enroll as a client: your program records — weight and measurement entries, session notes, photos you choose to upload, and messages with our team.

We are a healthcare practice, and the program information our clients record may be protected health information under applicable law, including HIPAA. We use it only to deliver your program, we restrict who on our team can see it, and we never sell it or use it for third-party advertising.

4. How we use your information

To run your program: scheduling, reminders, progress tracking, coaching, and support. To operate the practice: billing, record-keeping, and improving how we deliver care. We do not sell personal information.

5. How we share it

With the software vendors that run this portal and our practice systems, under contracts that restrict what they may do with the data. With others involved in your care, when you ask us to. With authorities, when the law requires it.

6. Retention

We keep client records for as long as we work together, plus the period required by the medical-records and business-records laws that apply to our practice.

7. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or (where the law allows) delete the information we hold about you. Reach us through the contact details published on this site and we will respond within 30 days.
