End user license agreement

1. License

New Wave App grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the client portal and its installable app while you are enrolled in, or evaluating, our program. This license is for your own use only.

2. What you may not do

Do not copy, resell, or redistribute the portal or its content; do not reverse-engineer, probe, or interfere with the software; do not share your account or use another person's; do not use the portal to store or transmit unlawful content.

3. Your content

Entries you record — measurements, photos, messages — remain yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and display them back to you and the team involved in your care, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Program materials

Guides, videos, recipes, and other materials we share are licensed to you for personal use during the program. They remain the property of New Wave App or its licensors.

5. Updates and availability

The portal is updated continuously and features may change or be withdrawn. We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service.

6. Termination

This license ends when your account is closed or when we suspend it for a violation of these terms. Sections about ownership and liability survive termination.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The software is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the software is limited as set out in our Terms of Service.
